We process over 200,000 pounds of raw photopolymer annually.

I-plates are produced with liquid resin, while digital offerings are made from sheet photopolymer.  Our 52 x 110” Liquid manufacturing unit is a one-of-a-kind device; it is the largest liquid production equipment for the corrugated market in the world.  

Advanced resin reclaim and solvent recovery operations keep customer costs down while reducing waste.  For example, our sheet photopolymer system is programmable to accommodate plate tolerances for corrugated vendors across the country – it is one of the most productive photopolymer systems available and has an inline solvent recovery system to distill and blend chemicals for quality yield without human interaction.
