LARGE FORMAT FILM

Film output in various sizes as large as 96" x 63", perfect for multiple-out trays and shippers along with warehouse/club store cases and displays.

Designed for high-volume production, the Gigasetter images 20,000 square inches of plate-ready film per hour.

I-PLATES
I-plates are liquid plates produced by isolating print from copy-free areas so they do not form during manufacturing.  During plate exposure, only the printed areas are cured, and the remaining photopolymer is recycled for future use.

Excess photopolymer is reclaimed, all the way down to the thin polyester backing – so the finished plate has no floor.  These lightweight plates offer both safety and sustainability advantages when used with appropriate graphics.

DIGITAL PLATES
The best application for fine copy, reversed-out, and complex images, these sheet photopolymer plates are digitally imaged.

Flat-top dot plates reduce the effect of fluting by altering the structure of the digital dot in screened images.
