Energy Efficiency: In 2021, we transitioned to LED lighting, resulting in annual savings of 111,285 kWh, the removal of 67.7 tons of CO2, and a reduction equivalent to 9,186 gallons of gas.
Renewable Energy: Our operations are powered by 100% wind energy.
Recycling Efforts: We recycle all pallets, corrugated waste, and film. Over the past 12 months, we've recycled 9,700 pounds of film alone
Digital Plate Recycling: We participate in recycling programs for digital plate sheet material cases.
Solvent Recovery: Our distillation unit recovers 95% of solvents, preventing nearly 6,400 gallons of waste solvents from being discarded each year.
Eco-Friendly Platemaking: Our liquid platemaking process uses a soap-and-water washout instead of harsh chemicals.
Plastic Reduction: With our new tote system, we’ve eliminated the need for plastic delt containers, preventing 1,600 pounds of plastic from entering landfills annually.
